What is Hafrashat Challah?
Hafrashat Challah is a mitzvah (meritorious act), performed mostly by women, of separating a portion of dough meant as an offering for the High Priest during the times of the Holy Temple. These days, our obligation is to separate a portion of dough and offer it as a sacramate to Hashem. It is believed to be one of three reasons why G-d created the Universe! Find out why with Mandala.
