हठ Haṭha

Hatha is derived from the Sanskrit "ha", meaning sun, and "tha", meaning moon. The common interpretation is Hatha practices (in yoga) are designed to unite and balance these two energies. However, the literal translation of Hatha is "force." Working with the duality of both sides of the spectrum challenges the balance in curating a powerful harmony between these two opposing parts.

Balance is not something you find, it’s something you create.
